Check-in is possible after 4:00 pm on the arrival date.
Check-out is before 10:30 am on the departure date.
A two-night minimum stay applies to Friday and Saturday only.
Children above the age of 12 years are welcome. Children’s cots/cribs are not available.
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms or in the vicinity of other guests.
We have a no-pet policy, with the exception of registered support dogs by prior arrangement.
Payment for your online booking can be made in advance via online credit card payment. Alternatively you can pay after your arrival via cash, debit card and credit card.
Should you have to cancel or your stay, please give us as much notice as possible so we can take other bookings.
All direct bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to check in date. If you cancel within 7 days of check in, the guest will be charged the first night booking cost.
Please note that for online credit card payments, a £5 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made more than 7 days in advance. This small fee is just to cover our credit card processing fees.
The cancellation policy of online bookings made via other booking platforms will be dictated by those respective companies.
Ensuring the privacy and security of your personal information is very important to us. Your personal data enables us to provide you with a service that you have booked. We do not release your information to third parties and we do not retain information relating to credit or debit cards. We use the information we are provided with lawfully and in accordance with legislation. The necessary information is retained for a short period after check out due to online accounting systems after which it is destroyed.
In case of online credit card payments; your credit card details are securely encrypted and we never store nor do we have access to those details. For your and our safety, payments and any refunds are processed solely by a secure online payment provider.
